Payment Terms
We accept Credit Cards* Google Checkout, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks, and Cash On delivery (for local purchases).
* CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Please use the PayPal payment option.
* You can pay with your credit card on the PayPal site.
* You do NOT need to have a PayPal account.
NOTE: For shipments outside of the U.S. we accept Credit Cards, Google Checkout, or PayPal only.
Shipping Terms
These terms apply to Continental U.S. addresses only. All others please contact us at orders@artisanctus.com for shipping options before ordering.
Standard shipping and handling is stated in each item's description. Most of our items ship via USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail, and UPS Ground and UPS Three Day Select are also available on request – please contact us at orders@artisanctus.com for a quote. Shipping discounts are available for multiple purchases. All shipping fees include insurance. Delivery signature may be required. *NOTE* From time to time we offer FREE shipping on selected items.
When paying with credit card, item is normally shipped within 2 business days after payment. If paying by money order or cashier's check, item is shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
If paying with personal check, it usually takes 7-10 business days for the check to clear. Item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after check clears.
NOTE: We are required to collect 7% sales tax for New Jersey shipments.

We want our customers to be satisfied,so returns are accepted (within 14 days). Shipping fees are not refundable.
