We want our customers to be satisfied, so returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your order. Items returned for refund must be in the original condition and in the original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. Yes. U.S. Customers may pay with Money Orders and Bank Checks. We do however, need to wait for checks to clear before shipping. *NOTE: Money Orders and Checks must be received no later than 5 days after submitting order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards are processed securely through PayPal (PayPal account is NOT required to process a credit card with PayPal).
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days after payment is received or, if paying by check, 2 business days after the check clears. *NOTE: Certain special order items take longer to ship - please refer to the estimated shipping time in the item description. After your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail.
Most of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You can usually expect to receive your order 3-5 business days after it is shipped. Please note the specific shipping times indicated in our Product Listings. If you need expedited shipping or UPS shipping, we can arrange express shipping and/or UPS shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com for a shipping quote. Buyers outside the U.S. and Canada should always contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Currently we ship to Canada, U.K., Germany, and Japan. We will review other countries on request.
