The metal is not marked, but tested positive for Sterling Silver. It's difficult to capture the color bands in photos, but the stone is mainly brown with bands of darker and lighter green. It would look wonderful with a thick Sterling chain (not included) or even a leather or fabric cord. It's very unique and unusual, and sure to be admired whenever you wear it!
